HOW IT STARTED
It started with one order that went wrong.
- A distributor ordered a green chemical, then called to change it to white. The person who took the change was travelling. It never got passed on.
- Production ran on the original order. Wrong product made, wrong product shipped. With expiry-dated goods, that is an expensive mistake.
- The customer had called and changed the order. But the person who received the call was busy, and the update was not passed on. The team worked on the old order — simply because everyone did not have the latest information.
- There was no single place where everyone could see the same order. That gap became Biizline.
