Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Sales Execution: Pitch the product effectively over calls or video meetings and close deals remotely.
• Online Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative online demos to prospects, highlighting key product features and benefits.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handling Objections: Address customer concerns, answer queries, and overcome objections to close sales.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B Sales).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Self-Motivation: Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation software.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is required.
