Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead Biizline’s presence across platforms. From content creation to community engagement, you’ll help us connect with business owners and build a strong, relatable digital brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies that align with Biizline’s brand goals and target audience.
• Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong and loyal online community.
• Campaign Execution: Launch and manage organic and paid campaigns to increase brand visibility, follower growth, and app engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze platform insights, and create performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to keep Biizline’s presence fresh and relevant.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding.
• Brand Voice Maintenance: Uphold and evolve Biizline’s brand voice to maintain a consistent and relatable tone across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and current digital/social trends.
• Design & Editing Skills: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop; basic video editing skills are a strong plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.

• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media insights, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics), and post-scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Creativity & Initiative: A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and proactively seeks ways to improve engagement.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and content calendars with attention to detail.
