By accessing or using our website (www.biizline.com) or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”), provided by Linics Enterprise Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). This agreement serves as a legally binding contract between you and Biizline. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

- Vendor: A business or individual offering products or services on Biizline for customers to order and manage through the Platform.
- Customer: A business or individual purchasing or requesting products or services from a vendor listed on Biizline.
- Content: Any information, text, images, videos, or materials uploaded, posted, or shared by users on the Platform.
- User (“You”, “Your”): Any individual or entity, including both vendors and customers, that accesses or uses the Platform.
- Service: The features, tools, and functionalities provided through the Biizline Platform for order management, communications, and business interactions.
- Platform: The Biizline website and mobile application, collectively enabling users to manage orders, communicate, and perform business functions.
- Order Management: The tools and services provided by Biizline to facilitate the interaction between vendors and customers related to product or service requests and fulfilment.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the Platform, and any accounts found to be created by minors will be terminated.
5. User Responsibilities
Users of Biizline, both Vendors and Customers, are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities to ensure smooth and lawful use of the platform.
5.1 Vendors’ Responsibilities
The effective date of this Privacy Policy is 29th September 2024. Any updates will be communicated to users and posted on the website and app, with the revised effective date clearly stated.
Vendors are required to:
- Accurate Listing Information: Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the products or services offered, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
- Fulfillment of Orders: Process customer requests promptly and professionally. Vendors must ensure that products or services are delivered according to the agreed terms and within communicated timelines.
- Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, product safety regulations, and advertising standards.
- Communication with Customers: Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.
- Non-Circumvention: Refrain from conducting transactions with customers outside of the Biizline Platform to bypass Platform terms.
- Intellectual Property Respect: Ensure that the products or services offered do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Vendors shall indemnify Biizline against any intellectual property disputes arising from their listings.
5.2 Customers’ Responsibilities

- Respect for Vendor Terms: Adhere to the terms and conditions set by vendors regarding product use, return policies, and other applicable terms.
- Communication: Maintain clear and respectful communication with vendors, resolving disputes fairly and cooperatively.
- No Misuse of Services: Avoid engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations when interacting with vendors or placing orders.
5.3 General User Conduct

- Lawful Use of Services: Use Biizline’s services in a lawful manner, not engaging in activities that violate any laws, regulations, or ethical standards, including fraud, misrepresentation, or sale of prohibited items.
- Prohibited Activities: Refrain from:
- Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software.
- Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users.
- Using automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.) to collect data or interact with the Platform without Biizline’s permission.
- Non-Interference: Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s servers, networks, or security systems. Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform is strictly forbidden.
- Data Protection: Respect the privacy and data of other users. Personal information obtained through the Platform may only be used for legitimate purposes related to transactions. Misuse of customer or vendor data (such as selling or distributing personal data) is prohibited.
- Reporting Violations: Report any suspicious, harmful, or non-compliant behaviour directly to Biizline’s customer service team.
6. Use Of Services
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the Platform, and any accounts found to be created by minors will be terminated.
6.1 Permitted Use
Biizline provides tools and features for:
- Vendor-Customer Interactions: Vendors can list products or services, update pricing, manage inventory, track orders, and communicate with customers directly via the Platform.
- Order Management: Vendors manage the order lifecycle from receiving requests to tracking deliveries. Customers track order statuses and communicate with vendors regarding order-related inquiries.
- Request-Based Access: Vendors control access to their product catalogues via a request based system. Only customers who have accepted access requests can view the vendor’s product list and place requests.
6.2 Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from:
- Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting themselves, their products, or their business in any way.
- Bypassing the Platform: Conducting transactions outside of the Biizline Platform.
- Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent transactions, identity theft, or attempts to manipulate pricing or promotions.
- Unlawful Content: Uploading or sharing unlawful content, including items that are restricted, illegal, or violate third-party rights (e.g., counterfeit goods, copyrighted materials).
6.3 Service Availability
- No Guarantee of Uptime: Biizline makes no guarantees regarding uptime or availability of the Service. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Service Modifications: Biizline reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
6.4 User Feedback and Reviews
- Truthful Feedback: Users are encouraged to leave truthful and constructive feedback based on their interactions and experiences. False, defamatory, or malicious reviews are prohibited.
- Moderation of Reviews: Biizline reserves the right to moderate and remove any reviews or feedback that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Negotiation and Arbitration
In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration.
- Arbitration Process: The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and will be held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties.
- Binding Decision: The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Costs of the arbitration shall be borne equally by both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
9. Right To Terminate Accounts
Biizline reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts with a 14-day notice period for non-compliance with these Terms, except in cases of severe violations like in which immediate termination may be applied.
Biizline reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice for:
- Non-compliance: Failure to comply with these Terms or engaging in prohibited behaviour.
- Fraudulent Activities: Suspected or confirmed fraudulent transactions.
- Violation of Law: Any activity that breaches local, national, or international laws.
Upon termination, users will no longer have access to their accounts or any related data. Biizline will provide notice of termination via email or in-app notification.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biizline, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:
- Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages: Including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
- Errors or Omissions: Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content provided on the Platform.
- Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal or financial information stored therein.
- Third-Party Conduct: Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including users and advertisers.
- Events Beyond Control: Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).

The Biizline Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Biizline disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
- No Guarantee of Results: Biizline makes no warranty that using the Platform will lead to specific outcomes for users, including business success, increased sales, or improved vendor-customer relationships.
- Platform Errors: Biizline does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times without interruptions.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Linics Enterprise Private Limited or its licensors.
- Restricted Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without explicit written permission from Biizline.
- User-Generated Content: By posting or uploading content to the Platform, you grant Biizline a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with providing the Service, including for marketing purposes.
- Third-Party Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Biizline to use your content.
13. Modifications To The Terms
Biizline reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will take effect upon being posted to the Platform, and users will be provided with at least 30 days’ notice email or in-app notification before changes effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
14. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
15. Force Majeure
Biizline shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, or internet service provider failures.

21. Refund And Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds or Cancellations: Once a user has availed the subscription to Biizline’s services, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances.
- Non-Transferable Subscription: All subscriptions are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned, transferred or resold to any other individual or entity. The subscription is tied to the user’s account and is non-shareable.
- Exceptions: In the event of technical issues or platform downtime, Biizline will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly. However, such issues do not entitle users to a refund or cancellation of their subscription.
- Subscription Validity: The user is responsible for understanding the subscription period and usage terms at the time of purchase. No extensions or refunds will be provided for unused or partially used subscriptions.
