Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent team leadership capabilities, and a data-driven approach to building customer pipelines and closing deals. This role involves leading field and telesales teams, developing sales strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the field and telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable sales strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • B2B Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure long-term success.
  • Team Performance Management: Provide coaching to improve team effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline sales operations, including lead generation, qualification, follow-up, and closing.
  • Collaboration with Product & Marketing: Provide market feedback to the product team and align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role—preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B domains.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and delivering consistent growth.
• Product Knowledge: Experience selling tech products or digital platforms to businesses.
• CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills to make informed decisions.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field sales coordination.
